MaidAssure ensures that your maid’s insurance needs will be taken care of as mandated by the Ministry of Manpower under our various plans and you will have peace of mind should your maid be sick or meet with an accident.
Benefits
Personal Accident
We provide your maid with a worldwide and 24-hour coverage for accidental death or permanent disablement, including medical expenses arising from accident.
Hospital and Surgical Expenses
We ensure that your maid’s in-patient medical expenses will be covered up to the limit specified under the plan chosen by you when she is hospitalised due to accident or illness.
Alternative Help reimbursement
We will provide you up to $900 for cost incurred in employing alternative help while your maid is being confined in the hospital as a result of accident or illness.
Wages and levy reimbursement
We cover you against financial loss for the Domestic Maid’s wages as well as the government levy payable when the Domestic Maid is hospitalised due to accident or illness.
Termination Expenses
We cover you for expenses incurred in respect of termination of your maid's services due to her permanent total disability or inability from attending to any occupation or employment as a result of an accident or illness.
Repatriation Expenses
We cover you for reasonable expenses incurred for conveyance of your maid to her home country upon Death, disability or illness.
Issuance of Security Bond to MOM
We will issue a security bond in lieu of you placing a physical $5000 deposit with MOM.
Waiver of counter-indemnity
Limits your liability to S$250 (instead of S$5,000) when you are required to reimburse us due to the maid's unexplained disappearance not caused by your deliberate act or omission
Our Refund policy for MaidAssure:
30 days or less: 80% refund
31 days to 60 days: 70% refund
61 days to 120 days: 60% refund
121 days to 180 days: 50% refund
181 days to 270 days: 30% refund
271 days to 365 days: 20% refund
366 days and beyond: no refund
Conditions: No refund if a claim is made under the policy.
