Pointers to Note: Take all necessary measures and process to mitigate any further damage and/or loss by keeping the damaged items intact and as it is until further advice. Make a police report immediately if the loss arises from housebreaking, theft, malicious damage, vandalism or other criminal acts.

Documents Required

  • Original completed Claim Form;
  • Original purchase invoices or receipts;
  • Colour photographs of the damaged item(s);
  • Assessment report from the repairer on the cause and extent of the damage items(s);
  • Quotations for repair of the damaged item(s) or replacement of the lost item(s);
  • Original invoices or receipts for the repair or replacement;
  • Police report, where applicable.
